Brandon Roesler, an adept litigator, has navigated a diverse array of legal issues throughout his extensive career as an attorney. Armed with over nine years of litigation experience, Brandon is well-versed in both defending criminal cases and prosecuting personal injury claims. His proficiency extends to family law, encompassing areas such as restraining orders, as well as expertise in employment, HOA, and other real estate matters.
Hailing from Northern California, Brandon’s athletic background as a multi-sport youth continued during his time at Chabot Community College in Hayward, where he served as the quarterback for the football team. Graduating from Whittier College in 2009, he furthered his education at Whittier Law School.
During his law school tenure, Brandon interned with Falangetti & Weimortz, former Los Angeles District Attorneys. He later interned at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office in the Bellflower Courthouse, where he honed his understanding of criminal law. As a certified law clerk, he actively participated in court proceedings, handling preliminary hearings and conducting his inaugural jury trial. Post-law school, Brandon leveraged this experience to establish his own law firm, initially focusing on criminal cases and achieving commendable results. His reputation grew, leading other attorneys to seek his assistance in criminal matters.
Over the subsequent years, Brandon expanded his practice into various litigation areas, including civil trials, personal injury, real estate law, and family law. He successfully litigated cases in both Los Angeles County and Orange County, spanning criminal and civil courts, and appearing before judges and juries. Brandon tackled diverse cases, such as insurance bad faith, premises liability, employment law, business litigation, administrative law, construction, and real estate matters.
In the fall of 2023, Brandon joined forces with Attorney Anthony Falangetti to establish the partnership of Falangetti & Roesler, LLP, operating under the banner of West Coast Defense. This collaboration combined their wealth of litigation and trial experience, forming a versatile law firm that handles criminal law, real estate law, personal injury cases, employment law, and restraining orders. Currently residing in Orange County, Brandon remains an ambassador for the Newport Chamber of Commerce. In his leisure time, he indulges in outdoor activities and embraces his passion for travel.
